The Learning Center gives access to numerous resources providing financial information.

Unlike the industry report and academic resources, access to these databases is limited. Please check the special features for each resource.

 

 

 

 

Multipurpose resources:

Capital IQ:
Updated financial information on companies and markets.
Access:
Capital IQ is remotely accessible. The user must creat an account when he first visit Capital IQ.

Datastream:
Financial and macroeconomic data with 60 years of history.
Access:
Datastream is accessible from one computer located in room B22 in the Learning Center. You may contact us to book it.

Whether you’re looking for a specific book, need to renew a document you borrowed, or want to know if a DVD is available, the catalogue Chloé is here for you to do all this and more!

So here are some tips to enable you to enjoy all of the catalogue’s features. 

Before you even open the catalogue, please note that it is compatible with the browsers Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari, but it doesn’t work on Internet Explorer. Therefore, check which browser you’re using before opening the catalogue Chloé!

You’ll find the catalogue Chloé on the Learning Center website, as well as on your MyESSEC portal, in the Learning Center section.

Reseachers are very meticulous as plagiarism is a key issue: as soon as they use an article (or a book, a congress intervention, etc.) in their research, they quote it.

Cairn: a key resource to find French academic articles

New reviews added to Cairn collection

 

 

 

 

 

Cairn provides access to academic articles in French, in fields such as Humanities and Management.

From January 2016 on, the number of available reviews through Cairn increases, with 200 extra journals added to the 66 already available.

Some example of journals (in French):

In Management, you will find Revue Française de Gestion, Négociations, Gestion 2000, Management et Avenir and Esprit or L’Année Sociologique in Humanities.
